Awareness
Cultivate a deep sense of awareness by meditating daily and reflecting on your actions while shifting your perspective. Remember that all you truly have is this moment—the past is gone, and the future is yet to come. Focusing on the present can greatly help with anxiety. Simply directing your attention to your breath can bring you back to the "now."
Humility
Practice kindness and humility by doing something thoughtful for someone else. True happiness often stems from helping others—a fact supported by scientific research. Try this simple experiment: for the next five days, buy a coffee or tea for a stranger. Notice how this small act of generosity impacts your mood. These small gestures can significantly elevate your daily life.


Acceptance
Be content with what is, but take action where needed. Remember, "This too shall pass"—both the good and the bad. Embrace acceptance by forgiving others, not for them, but for yourself, so you can move forward. Accept what has happened, wear your scars with pride, and embrace impermanence, imperfections, and differing opinions. We are all works in progress. Let go of judgments, be kind to everyone, and lead with love.
