These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Go Zen Yourself mobile app ("the App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Subscription Terms

Go Zen Yourself offers subscription-based services that provide users with access to exclusive features, guided breathing exercises, and meditations. The subscription terms are as follows:​

  • Billing Frequency: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  • Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you do not cancel your subscription before the trial period ends, you will automatically be charged the subscription fee.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the app. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

  • Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for subscription fees that have already been charged. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

  • You agree to use the App in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Refunds

  • All payments made for subscriptions or in-app purchases are processed securely through our payment processor.

  • We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. If the price changes, you will be notified, and you will have the option to accept the new price or cancel your subscription.

5. Use of the App

  • The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any features within it without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Go Zen Yourself or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the App without our express written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that we deem harmful to the App or its users.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content provided on the App.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Zen Yourself shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Go Zen Yourself operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
